TERMS

1.

Seller
warrants that its product conforms to specifications acknowledged
by written order. Any details not specified shall be at sellers
discretion.
|
|
2.
|
Any
custom product shall be acknowledged by sketch and price, and
order begun on receipt of one-half deposit. Deposit is non-refundable.
|
|
3.
|
Retail
sales shall be warranted any defect to one year from purchase.
Wholesale warrant of fifteen days following delivery. Product
is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment and any
claim of damage shall be noted to shipper. Damage claims shall
be made directly to shipper within fifteen days of delivery.
Seller's liability shall be limited to repair or replacement
not exceeding purchase price. Restock fee 30% on any returns.

4.
|
Overdue
accounts shall pay interest of 1.5% per month including also
a rebilling fee of $25. Customer further agrees to pay all costs
incurred in collection.
|
|
5.
|
Primary
obligation shall be to the signed guarrantor, payable upon demand
and solely in sellers discretion to extend further credit.
